Shipping policy

Due to high volume, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper Spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Brazil, Mexico and Croatia.

STUN GUN POLICY: Stun Guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Las Vegas . Puerto Rico, Guam

Processing Time:

All orders are shipped internationally

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders are processed in 5-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please remember that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Time: 15-20 business days in the US, 15-25 business days in the UK, EU and other countries

Delays may occur in remote areas, flights not available due to weather, and cargo congestion on flights may affect package arrival time.

Any packages returned due to delivery failure due to an unknown address or inability to contact the recipient cannot be canceled or refunded.
